Crikey that’s a loaded question! If I had 354 days from today, I’d stop my PhD, it would take me longer than a year to finish. I’d then go and do all of the things I said I’d do but never found the time or money for, such as going out to Australia to visit my family out there and maybe even explore it a bit.

I’d leave my mark on the world by passing on my programming knowledge that I have been imparting on to teachers recently. I’d make it my goal to reach as many teachers as possible.

I’d likely spend a small fortune trying to see as many bands live that I haven’t gotten around to seeing yet. I would finally get myself a drum set that I had been promising myself and spend any down time continuing to master the art.

I’d try and start a family with my partner before I went so that something of me was still left over after I had gone.

I think I would travel as much as I can to and do try things that i’ve never done before like bungee-jumping, paragliding, swimming with dolphins.

I would try and cram in a lifetimes worth of experiences into that one year as best I could!
