For me the technical content was well taught and thus easy to understand throughout. The challenge was to manage my time to ensure that I was going to all my lectures, attending all my labs, getting all my assignments and projects done while also finding time to relax to prevent myself from burning out.
If you are clever with your time you can find time to maintain a social life and invest in your hobbies and passions; but it can be tricky!

The biggest challenge at university was probably managing my sleep and rest during my final years. You get a lot of work and for me I wanted to do lots of extra curricular stuff, I did it all but I got very tired and burnt out. Sleep is your friend!

I found adapting to the new environment and teaching styles difficult. I relied on past paper answers to help me during A-levels but you don’t get any of that during university so it makes you develop a more independent and active learning style. Managing my time between societies and work was always fun to juggle!
