Hello 3ngineer. If I could change the world with unlimited resources I would invest in giving everyone in the world access to a good education. Knowledge is the ultimate tool that everyone should be able to tap into.
Developing countries could use their new found knowledge to develop solutions to problems with nutrition and sanitation.
We could solve climate change and sustainability of fuel sources with new generations of highly skilled engineers. New waves of Doctors and scientists can cure diseases that the current healthcare systems have been struggling to keep up with. We can explore space and our surrounding planets like never before. The possibilities are endless!

I imagine the most useful thing globally would be a reliable clean water system everywhere. It would have to be a huge infrastructure globally but would make an enormous difference to quality of health and life.

I would go for a more technical thing than what’s been mentioned, and make space-based solar power collectors. It’s an idea that’s been thrown around a bit where you get massive solar panels and put them in orbit around the earth, where they are outside the atmosphere and so can collect more sunlight. If they had good efficiency, a few of those could power the world plus some, until the sun burns out (a long time)!
