• Question: Do you prefer to work alone or as part of a team?

      I like both. They both have their advantages and disadvantages.

      Working on your own allows you more freedom to tackle a problem; but if you get stuck, you’re on your own! If you make mistakes, you may not know about them, and with no one helping you check your work things can go wrong!
      Working in a team allows you to share the burden, but you are also given different perspectives if a problem arises you didn’t anticipate. Having colleagues supporting you also helps you get over any biases and blind spots you may have in you knowledge or methods.

      Personally, I prefer working in a team, especially when everyone has different things that they know about, because there’s always lots of different views on a problem, amd I always learn a lot whenI work with people from different areas!
