      That’s a really great question! In some ways, the answer is no. Fires are going to burn the same way, and people are going to try to get out the same way in all those places. But actually, there are differences. Each country (even England and Scotland) has different rules about how to construct buildings safely, and things like different weather (eg Australia being hot and Glasgow being cold) make a difference too. I’ve been lucky enough to work on projects in lots of countries, from Malaysia to the UAE to Italy, and there are cultural differences to take into account too (not everyone will do the same thing when a fire alarm goes off). It makes it really interesting!
